Today the company appears as a co-investor and asset management company, focusing on two business areas: management of its own real estate assets and as a co-investor in development schemes. Felix has developed a significant and extensive portfolio, mainly comprised of buildings located in major northern Italian cities, with the rest in Timisoara and in the Rumanian and Bulgarian capitals. Moreover, the company operates in the property development sector with international partners.

Terza Immobiliare - Project "Green forest"

A real estate development operation in Timisoara’s forest area of Padurea Verde. The project has a commercial area of 52,768sqm and there are plans to build about 430 residential apartments with their own parking spaces, commercial and services areas, as well as a building to be used as a hotel. Padurea Nordului - “Ring IV” Project
An important property development operation northeast of Timisoara, featuring new generation buildings with large glass panels, panoramic lifts and green areas. The project occupies an area of 37,900sqm for residential use, for a total of about 390 units, and 4,150sqm for commercial use, as well as 410 parking spaces and garages, plus 68 outdoor parking spaces. Sofia, Bulgaria, Northinvest RE -  “Kiril i Metodii” Project
A project managed by Felix Bulgaria, comprising a residential and commercial development in the centre of Sofia, for approximately a gross area of 1,200sqm. The revolutionary design and quality of the finishes meet the most demanding market requirements. (Rendering by Panidea Projects Ltd)


Some assets


A commercial building of 3,897sqm, located in the old centre of Varese, comprising 4 floors, of which 1 is below ground, and featuring rendered, painted facades, enhanced with pilaster strips and stuccoes of typical neoclassical inspiration. The property is owned by Felix SpA and Rumco srl, and is currently used by the Varese branch of the Italian social security authority INPS.

A commercial building of 919sqm, completed in the early 1990s, located near the Milan orbitals and Monza railway station. The reinforced concrete building is finished in stone slabs and comprises a circular tower with a covered pedestrian walkway, as well as a roofed court with three parking spaces. The services and commercial building is currently used as the Monza and Brianza offices of Esatri SpA.

A commercial building of 763sqm, located in a semi central position, featuring reinforced concrete and glass facades decorated with large planters. It comprises a section completed in early 2000, with a ground floor used as an exhibition space and a portion of the upper floors used for offices, as well as a hospitality suite. The services and commercial building is currently used as Haier Europe’s Italian administration offices.

This building has a useful surface of 1,672sqm in a semi central, well-connected location, close to many stores and services for the public. It was built in the early 1990s and features a rational style of architecture, with continuous glass walls. The ground floor is entirely given over to an Oviesse Industry sales area.

Building of 3,982 sqm, located in the old centre, comprising 8 floors, of which 2 are below ground, and featuring glass and natural stone facades. The building is home to prestigious trade names including Oviesse, Bata and Limoni.
